Registering your team
Registration is for invited teams. If you have not been invited yet, start with an Expression of Interest.
Registrations are open. Closing around mid-December 2026.
How registration works
Receive an invitation
Either a personal invitation from ArbCI, or an invitation extended after the organising committee reviews your Expression of Interest.
Complete the registration form
Invited teams receive the registration form. Complete it for the whole team by mid-December 2026.
Pay the registration fee
₹10,000 per person, paid online by UPI within the registration form.

From one institution or several. Full teams only, and every member attends all three days in New Delhi.

What the fee covers
- Participation in the competition
- The training programme on 26 February 2027
- Training by leading industry practitioners
- A separate certificate for the training programme
- Food on all competition days
- The other event components and participant experiences that form part of ArbCI
